1) It is not consistent. Sometimes it will work and other times it will not. I don’t see any patterns and have also tried different internet connections and browsers. If you think that it is server related what do you recommend?

Also, is there any way to separate the date from the time in the auto populated emails? For my purposes the time is irrelevant because we decide the start time ourself after the reservation. In the confirm email I would only like to include the date and no time.
