I uploaded the patch, cleared all test reservations and rebuilt my resource but unfortunately it is still suffering from the same symptom. It may also be worth noting that my resource interval is set to 900 so I am able to bill in 15 minute increments. Please let me know if you would like me to do anything to help troubleshoot this issue.
