Hmm, no idea what could cause that.
Will need FTP and Admin access to support@easyreservations.org
Edit: Try to go into your FTP server and give all files and folders from wp-content/plugins/easyreservations and underneath CHMOD 777 and see if that fixes it.
Is three minutes soon enough? 😉
