Reply To: Payment Notifications and Payment not updating in plugin with error email 302

I have uploaded new given file and now I am getting error mail with
subject:Error at PayPals Validation
and in mail body appears as below

Status: 0 – Protocol ssl not supported or disabled in libcurl

pls check this and advice me if I need to make any change in the configuration.
