And you don’t get an error mail to the support mail? Is the website is online?
The auto-approve doesn’t work after the redirection, but from a call from ogone after the payment was done.
If both questions answers are yes then there wont be a call of ogone. If I remember the ogone settings correctly there’s a log. What I do remember is that ogone had the longest and most annoying development of all gateways and there were some problems on their side and not much communication.
