Reply To: Second form linking to main registration not payment page

I must be doing something wrong. I put the code into the accommodation’s page editor but it doesn’t link to the larger form. Here’s a screenshot of what I put in: http://i.imgur.com/f2k9OM4.png

Also, how would I do this for the homepage sidebar widget?
