Bug: Captcha not working after reset following "Not available" error message

Whenever I submit the form and the error message “Not available” is returned, then the Captcha resets. If I choose another available date that works, then the new Captcha code will NOT work but the old Captcha code (from the first page load) WILL work! Very confusing for end user especially, because no matter how many times you enter the “correct”/new Captcha or refresh the page, it does not work! A fix to this and an option to “reset” the Captcha would also be nice.
