Bug: editing reservations or manually entering reservations

If the the date-to field on the edit reservations and the ‘add new’ reservations forms on the back end is filled out, changing the resource type or allocating a resource resets the time fields to the default. If you leave the date to field blank, the times are unchanged when you change resource type, but it sets the departure date to 1971.
