Bug: "Not available" error message for available day before a reserved day

I cannot select the (available) day before any day that is already reserved on the form, if the time on the day already reserved starts before 12. For example, if March 30 is booked/reserved for 8 to 18, then I cannot select March 29 (no matter what the hours). The error message “Not available” is returned.

My General Settings are: “Merge Resources” is checked and 1 selected and it doesn’t matter if “Time Reservations” is checked to enable it or not.

I’ve done LOTS of testing with different settings and choices and can’t seem to get around this issue. All other time and day configurations I’ve tested work great! I am interested in upgrading to Premium (to take advantage of PayPal payment processing) if this issue can be resolved. Thanks.
