Dashboard is not showing correct dates of réservation

Hello,
I have a problem, when i do a reservation the dashboard calendar is not showing the correct dates. For example, if i do a reservation from the 25th may to the 28 may, the dashboard calendar show me visual from 26 to 29 may.
Please help and if you need access to data, tell me back.

I have 2 another problems or bugs :

1) Everytime when i would like to see my reservations list on my dashboard, it’s making a very long time (lagging) to show all reservations list. My Sql base not have problem (checked) and my host have no problem too. This “bug” is existing from the first update you did last weeks for wordpress 3.9 compatibility version….

Go to easyreservations dashboard > Scroll down to see reservations lists > click on “pendind” or “En attente” (in french) to see all pending reservations > You have a laaaagg time and never the pending reservations are showing. 🙁

2) On my easyreservations dashboard, i can see all the ressources and some ressources are wrong because it’s showing bad numbers, for example the 3th june my ressource n°6 is showing only 3 places available instead of 4 and 2 for the 4 june, this ressoure is empty and not have reservations.. Ok but i don’t understand what you try to explain me 🙁

In conclusion, it’s simple, when a customer do a reservation the count is simple, for example : 2 days = 1 night = 1 bed. And actualy it’s not the case 🙁

1. You define the reservations count in the reservations settings. It defines how often the resource is available for renting. In the overview it shows the availability of each of these, but when you dont select one it doesn’t show up.

2. Delete the reservation with the ID 102 from your database table wp_reservations. Something seem to has gone wrong with it. Would be nice if you make a screenshot of the database entry prior to deleting.

You have all the access, so please can you help me to do this please because i don’t understand why my settings are not correct :

1. You define the reservations count in the reservations settings. It defines how often the resource is available for renting. In the overview it shows the availability of each of these, but when you dont select one it doesn’t show up.

I only find a ressources count. But this is not the setting I would like to affect. What I need is a setting enabling to count a 2 day stay as 1 “consumed” night. Example: if the customers arrives on june the first and leaves on the second, he stays one night and therefore the dashboard table should show that the ressource count has been decreased for one day only. Currently it always decreases on both arrival and departure day.
By the way, most hotels work like that how do you set the system up to handle this?

Wait I cant follow you anymore. In post number #11112 you had two problems. 1. was/is a corrupted resource and 2. was approved reservations that dont had a resource count set. That is both cleared and you talk about a new problem now?
When you want a reservation from one day to another count as one night regardless of how long (>24h) you just have to uncheck the “use time” option in the general settings.

The “use time” option is no longer activated. Take a look of this new screenshot, the count is not correct :

test Carmin 3 is leaving the 30.05 at 11h AM and your system count 1 night but test Carmin 3 don’t stay for more one night because is leaving at 11h AM.

Have you a solution for that please ?

It was hard to find the link of your 3.4.3 beta 1 version… but Thank you 😉

My feedback : When updated, the plugin is longer showing version number 3.4.2 and not the beta version i’ve downloaded and installed by http://ftp...

My problem still remain, it’s the same, the system is still not treating my orginal bug like : 2 days = 1 night and not 2 nights…

When you activate “use time” every started 24h count as one day. Else every night counts as one day. So activate it again and add hidden fields for arrival and departure hour to force the reservation to be longer then 24h.
01.01 10:00 – 02.01 12:00 would be two days the for example.
