Easy shortcode creator

We are using this plugin for many years and we love it. Since the update, the easy shortcake creator is not properly working. Even with Classic editor.

We want to create a new page with a ressource liste, form and calendar similar to your demo page http://demo.easyreservations.org/resource-list/. We did not find in the documentation the shortcode structure and attributes.

Until bug is fixed, can you supply shortcodes that where used to make this page.
