EasyReservations + NextGen Gallery = Calendar not working

We are setting up a new site (http://fishingwithmannysa.com/), if we enable easy reservations AND the NextGen Gallery plugin, the calendar widget stops working with the following javascript error:

Error: ReferenceError: easyreservations_send_calendar is not defined

Can you give us any help on how to fix it?

If I remember correctly there was a bug that’s already fixed in the current beta (only for premium) and will be in the next update.
