Emails not being sent after reservation is made

When a reservation is completed and submitted from the Checkout page, no emails are sent either to the customer or to the site admin.

The website uses WP Mail SMTP and is able to send test emails and emails from other forms on the site.

Please advise and thanks in advance.

The Support team looked into this issue and made an adjustment so that the order status is “On Hold” which triggers the notification emails. I will mark this issue as resolved.
