how to track translation with adwords??

Hi
I would like to know if is possibile to track with the adwords code, a transaction.
That will be easy if it will be possible to add the code to the #easy_form_success page, or if it will be possible to redirect the transaction ok–>to a thank you page.

Or is it any other possibility?
