Mails not sent to client after reservation or approval

Hi there,

First of all this is an excellent plugin! We’ve been using it for over a year and has met all our needs.

Just lately we’ve encountered a problem with mails going out to the client.

The last couple of weeks (months?) mails are not being sent to clients to confirm their reservation and neither after approval (manually or automated). This started before updating the plugin and remained an issue after the update.

Please help.


Firstly try the wordpress SMTP plugin to check if it isn’t your server. Are you sure the email templates are activated and have a content saved?
