Just tried and had no problems with the mails. Are other mails get send out from your server? Like the ones on comments?

actually It always worked well the email notification system, I really don’t understand what could be happened..
Now no notification for admin and no notification for the user..
Could you give me some hints in order to make some test?

Test if other mails go out, to use the SMTP plugin to force them send correctly, turn debug mode on and check the phpmailer class error, revert back to old version of easyreservations or disable other plugins. Any of these should lead you to the problem.
For the last user I remember with this problem it was caused by the server and it was resolved after he contacted his host.
