Problem with Translation Resources

Hi.. i have a website in italian language.

I translated the site with WMPL in English, but I have a problem for the translation of field modules.
Everything is properly translated with Po Edit and using string translation plugin.
How to visit the site in English fields they are expressed in Italian.

Also, I don’t have the opportunity to translate my personalized email in english.
