[Shortcode] generation

Hi, I am trying to implement easy reservations on my website however when I click insert in shortcode generator nothing happens _ ? Well the generator switches to first page it initially shows where you choose type of shortcode. I am not using any other shortcodes on give page.Thanks for help, cheers.
