Was premium, but updates not happening.

My client seems to have a premium version of your plugin. He has access to coupon usage as well as other premium services. I completed your most recent update and several modules are now out of date. When I select “update these modules”, I see a confirmation message, but the updates do not occur. This is for modules like PayPal, Statistics, Styles, etc. His last developer abandoned the project, so we’re in a bit of a rut. How do we find out what’s what?
