wrong entries after synchronisation with ics

dear sir and and madam,
we have tried to use the ics synchronisation link to sync our calendar at airbnb. I randomly recognised some occupied entries in our airbnb calenar who arent occupied in our easyreservation calendar. Can you give me a piece of advice please?

That’s weird. It should import everything. Do you get error mails to the support email?
Will need admin and FTP access to take a look (support@easyreservations.org)
