After installing easyReservations head over to easyReservations > Settings.

Firstly concentrate on the Reservation settings:

  • Support eMail – enter an email as sender for mails to guests and as receiver of mails to admin.
  • Time reservations – check this if you want to enable time for reservations. If unchecked only full days are reservateable.
  • Currency – choose the sign of your currency. Its just to display the sign everywhere.

Check if the permissions for the admin areas at Change Permissions are okay for you.

As next you should go to easyReservations > Resources.
Resources are posts in a custom post type and act as your products. Read more about them here.

After setting up your resources you should have a look at the forms at easyReservations > Form.
It’s an shortcode that adds a form to a page or post of your choice. Through this form you’ll your users can reservate. Its very customazible by replacing placeholders (tags) with the form elements. Read more about them here.

As last you should go to add or edit and page or post and click on the button with the red e in it. It’ll help you to add the forms and the calendar to your website.
